sadness or true happiness?

why is no one talking about suffering?
I feel so sad inside
This thing is bothering
me because i always say i'm fine

What am I feeling?
heartbroken and not acting right
this is stealing
my strength to fight.

Reaching my goals everyday
is making me even sadder
that cannot be the way
to make me feel better

How is this even possible?
Is this sadness or true happiness?
